Weekly Update and Music Roundup!

Hi y'all! it's been a rather uneventful week for me, it feels like. I managed to update a few things on-site (peep sorrel's logs and the new fridge page!) but as always, there is an ever-growing list of things to add and fix. I want to figure out some way to maybe put together an email newsletter to give site and blog updates, which i'm thinking i might do manually at first. (if you're interested, maybe leave a message on my guestbook and put your email in the optional box, it won't make it public!)

Most of the things i've made progress on or finished have been other crafts. I've got a couple test prints made for the lino blocks i've been working on, and I'm in the progress of making two little mini-zines, one of some journal pages i've made over the past year, and one about sorrel's story as told through some of his playlist songs.

Music Roundup!

This week, the new albums I listened to were Coming Out Electric by Atomic Swindlers, Shock Value by Timbaland, and Violent Acts of Beauty by London After Midnight. All great listens! Coming Out Electric especially is a beautifully balanced glam-rock esque concept album that's a treat to sit down and listen to all the way through. And criminally underrated! If spotify ever did anything good to me, it was randomly recommending it. And it's about lesbian space bikers, so really, what's not to love. As far as random little singles and tidbits go, A Stroke Of Luck and One And Only have been on repeat all week.
